About our use of Google services (GOAT Gadgets n8n): GOAT Gadgets runs a private, internal automation application called "GOAT Gadgets n8n" (hosted on our own server) that helps our small team manage day-to-day store operations. This application connects to Google Sheets and Gmail using our business Google account (goatgadgetsnepal@gmail.com) so that it can automatically read and update our internal order, inventory, and revenue spreadsheets, and send our staff email and Telegram alerts for new orders, low stock, daily sales summaries, and new customer leads. It does not access or share any customer's personal Google account data — it only uses our own business Google account to move information between our internal spreadsheets and our team's inbox.
