How Long Does it Take?

Once your order ships, you'll get a notification with a tracking ID. Use this ID to follow your package's journey and see when it arrives.

What About Returns & Replacements?
We want you to be 100% stoked with your GOAT Gadgets purchase. Here's the scoop on returns and replacements:
- Opened Items: Once you've opened your item, we can't offer a return.
- Defective or Wrong Item? If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or is the wrong thing entirely, you can request a replacement within 15 days of receiving it.
- Replacement Requirements: The item must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We'll send you a brand new replacement once we confirm the issue.
- How to Get a Replacement: Head to your order page in "My Account" and fill out a return form, or email us at [email address] with your order ID and pictures of the product.
Important Notes:
- If your package looks like it's been wrestled by a yeti, refuse delivery.
- Replacements are based on availability. In some cases, we may offer a full refund.
